1 medium cauliflower, cut into large florets
1 tbsp canola oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
2 tbsp melted butter
TOSS cauliflower with canola oil and salt on a baking sheet. Roast at 400F until tender, 25 to 30 min.
WHISK Louisiana-style hot sauce with butter in a large bowl. Add cauliflower. Toss to coat.
