Hot days call for a refreshing summer sipper. This weekend, invite the girls over and mix up a pitcher of sangria to enjoy on the back deck. Cheers!
750-mL bottle white wine
3 tbsp simple syrup* (recipe link below)
3 tbsp orange-blossom water
1/3 cup apricot brandy
2 thinly sliced oranges
6 apricots, sliced into wedges (pit removed)
2 cups club soda
Stir all ingredients except soda water in a pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir in soda water and ice just before serving.
