TGIM! The Monday Campaigns, supported by researchers at John Hopkins, Columbia and Syracuse Universities, encourage you to embrace every Monday as a fresh chance to kick-start healthy habits. "Imagine turning New Year's resolutions into a weekly phenomenon – that's the goal of the Monday Campaigns," says Jillian Fry, author of two papers in support of the movement. "Researchers found 74 percent of people believe Monday is the best day to start acting healthy; moreover, it's a the day new habits are most likely to stick and become permanent lifestyle changes. So instead of feeling like you've got 'a case of the Mondays,' reframe it as an opportunity for a positive new start."

Game plan: Get back on track with Meatless Mondays, Move-It Mondays and Mindful Mondays - there's a Monday for every goal. Sign up for free email reminders from Mondaycampaigns.org to help you get back on track (then back on track again).
