Easy caramel sauce Gently boil 1 cup brown sugar with 1/4 cup each water and 35% cream, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt in a saucepan. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens. Serve warm over ice cream.
Sweet & sour glazed chicken Mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp each lemon zest and brown sugar and 1/4 tsp salt. Grill chicken breasts over medium, flipping halfway through, brushing with glaze during last 5 minutes.
