Fennel and orange salad

Whisk equal amounts of white balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add orange segments, shaved fennel and pitted kalamata olives.

Antipasto summer pasta

Pureé equal amounts pitted kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped parsley, olive oil and grated parmesan in a food processor. Toss with pasta.
