Here's what we suggest you do with leftover dill
leftover ingredients, loose ends, dill, garnish

Healthy dip Stir chopped dill into cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with corn chips. Fragrant rice Sauté garlic, cumin and salt in olive oil. Stir in chopped fresh dill and basmati rice. Add water and simmer, covered, 20 min. Garnish with more dill.

Root-vegetable slaw Whisk cider vinegar with olive oil, garlic and chopped dill in a large bowl. Add grated carrot, apple and fennel and toasted sliced almonds. Toss to coat.

Lemony dill beans Cook green beans in boiling water for 2 min. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, thinly sliced red onions and chopped dill.
