Cocktail recipe: Pomegranate No. 9

Ingredients:

3 tbsp pomegranate kernels
Juice from one orange
1.5 oz vodka
1/4 oz peach liqueur
1 egg white
1 mint leaf to garnish

Directions:

1. Add pomegranate kernels to a shaker and muddle until all are popped. Fill shaker halfway with ice. Add orange juice, vodka, peach liqueur and egg white. Shake vigorously for about 20 sec.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint leaf, a citrus slice and more kernels.
