4 eggs
1 tbsp water
butter
1 pinch salt
chopped avocado
chopped tomatoes
chopped green onion
2 tortillas
Whisk 4 eggs with water. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add enough butter to coat. Pour in eggs. Sprinkle with salt. Stir gently until set. Scatter with avocado, tomatoes and green onions. Wrap in tortillas.
