1/2 English cucumber, unpeeled
1 red bell peppers, seeded
1 to 2 green onions

Finely dice cucumber. You should have about 2 cups (500 mL). Finely chop pepper and onions. Place vegetables in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
