For our summer grill guide, we're celebrating Canada's diverse cultural flavours. Get ready to fire up the barbie and create the ultimate backyard party!

Ingredients

  • 4 plums, cored and diced

  • 1/2 small red onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • COMBINE plums with onion, vinegar, honey, cinnamon and cayenne in a medium bowl. Stir in cilantro just before serving.

Nutrition (per serving)

Calories 30, Carbohydrates 7g, Fibre 1g, Sodium 2mg.

Serve with Tandoori lamb pops.
