4 plums, cored and diced
2-Jan small red onion, diced
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
COMBINE plums with onion, vinegar, honey, cinnamon and cayenne in a medium bowl. Stir in cilantro just before serving.
