Say hello to this year's healthy It food. Compact and chock full of fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals, seeds are tiny nutrition powerhouses. We roast a big batch of this delicious, crunchy mix (with added almonds for even more of the good stuff) and keep a jar on hand to sprinkle over yogurt, salad, oatmeal, and even ice cream! Healthy eating never tasted so good.
