Creamy citrus-cumin dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp snipped chives

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir sour cream with orange and lemon juices. Sprinkle with cumin and salt. Stir in chives. Taste. Add more salt, if needed. If making ahead, add chives just before serving. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Serve with shrimp.
