1 cup packed cilantro
1/2 jalapeno, seeded
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
5 fresh tomatillos, chopped
Whirl cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Add tomatillos. Whirl until just chopped but not puréed. Serve with tortilla chips.
