Ingredients

  • 1 firm, ripe mango, peeled and sliced into matchsticks

  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

  • 3 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • STIR mango with cilantro, lime juice and salt in small bowl.

Calories 24, Carbohydrates 7g, Fibre 1g, Sodium 98mg.

Ingredient tip: Look for Ataulfo mangoes, which are sweet, silky, small and bright yellow.
