380-mL jar bruschetta topping, preferably Classico
1 roasted red pepper
3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Place bruschetta in a medium bowl. Pat pepper dry with paper towel, then coarsely chop. Stir into bruschetta with mint. Taste and add a pinch of salt, if needed. After an hour or two at room temperature, it will start to water out. Delicious as a dip or sauce.

Add party personality to a ready-made bruschetta topping by adding fresh mint and chunks of roasted pepper from a jar or the supermarket deli cart. Great dolloped over BBQ deli chicken.
