1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp honey, preferably manuka
1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Whirl until smooth. Serve with Bibimbap.
