Red pepper sauce

Chatelaine Triple Tested

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers

  • 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tbsp white miso paste

  • 1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp honey, preferably manuka

  • 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil

  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Whirl until smooth. Serve with Bibimbap.
