Ingredients

  • 2 frozen beef or chicken burgers

  • 2 peaches

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Lightly coat a large, non-stick frying pan with oil and set over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook following package directions, about 5 minutes per side. If burgers start to burn, reduce heat to medium.

  • Meanwhile, peel peaches, if you wish. Slice into thick wedges. In a small bowl, stir Dijon with Worcestershire and cayenne. When burgers are done, remove to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

  • Discard any oil in pan, but do not clean. Add butter to pan and melt over medium heat. Add peaches and drizzle Dijon mixture overtop. Stir often until peaches soften, 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon over burgers and sprinkle with onion.
