1
2 frozen beef or chicken burgers
2 peaches
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Lightly coat a large, non-stick frying pan with oil and set over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook following package directions, about 5 minutes per side. If burgers start to burn, reduce heat to medium.
Meanwhile, peel peaches, if you wish. Slice into thick wedges. In a small bowl, stir Dijon with Worcestershire and cayenne. When burgers are done, remove to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Discard any oil in pan, but do not clean. Add butter to pan and melt over medium heat. Add peaches and drizzle Dijon mixture overtop. Stir often until peaches soften, 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon over burgers and sprinkle with onion.
