A snack of almond butter and apples is the inspiration for this bright-green, protein-laden morning smoothie, in partnership with Silk
Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Almond & Cashew Protein Beverage Unsweetened
- 2 green apples , cored and sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Divide Green Apple and Almond Smoothie with Silk Almond & Cashew Protein Beverage among glasses and serve immediately.
