Watermelon Limoncello Lemonade

Watermelon limeade

As simple as whirling watermelon, limoncello and lemon juice in a blender, once you’ve tried this fresh take on lemonade it will be gracing the patio table all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped seedless watermelon

  • 1/2 cup limoncello

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 355-mL can soda water

  • 1 lemon, cut into slices

Instructions

  • WHIRL watermelon with limoncello and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled. To serve, stir in club soda, then pour over glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices.
