Summer caesar sipper

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon

  • 4 1/2 cups chilled Clamato juice

  • 1 cup vodka

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp Tabasco sauce

  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • celery salt, optional

  • leafy celery stalks, optional

Instructions

  • Thinly slice lemon into rounds. In a large pitcher, stir Clamato with vodka, Worcestershire, Tabasco and pepper until well mixed. Add lemon rounds. If not using right away, refrigerate up to 5 hours. To serve, pour celery salt on a small plate. Brush rims of tall glasses with water, then dip in celery salt to coat. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour Clamato mixture into each glass. Add a stalk of celery for stirring. Cheers!
