Spicy Pineapple Margarita

Hands-down my favourite cocktail, this pairs perfectly with any of the tacos you’ ll have on this spread.—Diala Canelo


  • 3 fresh pineapple chunks , (2-in. cubes)
  • jalapeño peppers
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • ice cubes
  • chili powder
  • coarse salt


  1. Muddle together pineapple and as many jalapenos as desired; add to shaker along with ginger beer, pineapple juice and tequila. Add ice cubes; shake until well chilled.
  2. Rim glass with chili powder and coarse salt. Strain cocktail into glass with fresh ice. Garnish with slice of jalapeno cilantro, if desired.
