Chatelaine Triple Tested

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Moonshine

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • Angostura bitters, (optional)

Instructions

  • COMBINE moonshine, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 sec.

  • ADD ice, then shake until cold and frothy, 20 sec. Strain into a glass.

  • GARNISH with a few drops of bitters, then drag a straw through the drops to create a design.

Calories 149, Protein 3g, Carbohydrates 11g, Sodium 56mg.

Kitchen Tip: For simple syrup, boil 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water just until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
