Chatelaine Triple Tested

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry white vermouth

  • 3/4 oz red vermouth

  • 2 to 6 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 maraschino cherries

  • 1 tsp cherry juice, from the maraschino bottle

  • slice of lemon, to garnish

  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • FILL a lowball glass with ice cubes. Add white vermouth, red vermouth and Angostura bitters. Stir well.

  • ADD maraschino cherries and juice. Stir gently.

  • GARNISH with a lemon slice.

Cocktail math: 1 oz = 2 tbsp.
