What's better than homemade hot chocolate for the holidays? Homemade *gingerbread* hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp gingerbread spice mix, (recipe linked below)

Instructions

  • WHISK cocoa, sugar and gingerbread spice mix in a small bowl. Pour into a small bag and tie with a ribbon.

  • INCLUDE directions for preparing hot chocolate: Heat 2 cups milk in a saucepan and whisk in 3 ½ tbsp Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Mix. Top with marshmallows before serving.
