Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless red grapes, frozen

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur, optional

Instructions

  • POUR frozen grapes into a food processor. Drizzle with lemon juice and raspberry liqueur. Whirl, scraping down sides often, until smooth and creamy, about 1 min. Scoop into 4 dessert bowls. Serve immediately.  (Secret ingredient: You can purée almost any frozen fruit into an instant sorbet. Keep grapes or raspberries in the freezer for last-minute desserts.)
