Chatelaine Triple Tested

This feisty take on the classic Negroni makes us far from bitter. Salut!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Bulleit bourbon

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Campari

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cinzano sweet vermouth

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a cup filled with ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass. Squeeze an orange twist overtop and drop in.

Mixologist tip: Use Bulleit Bourbon for its hint of caramel. It adds a sweetness to this robust cocktail, which you can also serve on the rocks to mellow out.

Ulla Restaurant, 509 Fisgard St., Victoria.
