This feisty take on the classic Negroni makes us far from bitter. Salut!
2 tbsp Bulleit bourbon
1 1/2 tbsp Campari
1 1/2 tbsp Cinzano sweet vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a cup filled with ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass. Squeeze an orange twist overtop and drop in.
Mixologist tip: Use Bulleit Bourbon for its hint of caramel. It adds a sweetness to this robust cocktail, which you can also serve on the rocks to mellow out.
