This stylish craft is so easy to do and will add a punch of colour and pattern to any space. They also make great stocking stuffers and you can personalize the coasters using different paper. Here's how to do it:
1. Cut and measure your paper to fit your tiles (you can get tiles from any local hardware store). Tip: Cutting your paper a little bit smaller than the tile makes a great border.
2. Apply a thin layer of mod podge (available at your local arts and crafts store) to the tile, and carefully place the paper on the tile, making sure to press evenly to avoid bubbles under the surface. Let dry.
3. Apply a coat of mod podge over the paper, and let dry. Repeat.
4. Once dry, apply an acrylic sealer over the tiles, ensuring the coasters are water resistant. You can also add felt pads (available at your local dollar store) to the bottoms of the coasters, to avoid furniture scratches.
