Ever wonder just how a book cover gets designed? This video will give you a good idea — and some sense of all the effort that’s involved. The book is Blameless by Gail Carriger; the design is by Lauren Panepinto.

P.S. The book, which I haven't read, sounds like a riot, complete with killer ladybugs, werewolves, Templar knights and vampires, all set in Victorian London. Fun times!
