What was your kindness deed: Offering someone a token at a TTC station.

Why did you want to do this: To surprise someone with a nice gesture!

How did it make you feel: Like I may have made a difference in someone’s day.

How did they respond: She was happy, grateful and relieved because it turned out she didn’t have exact change to get on the subway. She told me I made her day that much easier!
