Pretty festive fruits for a Thanksgiving table

A step by step do-it-yourself idea perfect for holiday mantels and centrepieces.

Step by Step

You will need: Apples and pears, white spray paint, gold paint, container, empty egg carton.

1. Spray your fruits with white spray paint in a well-ventilated area and allow to dry.

2. Pour gold paint into a container and dip each piece of fruit to your desired height.

3. Use an empty egg carton to dry the dipped fruits, allowing the excess paint to drip through.

Tip: If you want a more natural look keep the stem unpainted.
