How to make decorative mobiles for your party

10 minute project: Impress guests with these playful and easy to make garlands that say party before you even pop the first bottle of bubbly

1. Craft these decorations by gluing two colours of paper onto thick white card stock.

2. Using a craft-store circle cutter, cut a series of circles, each one 1/4 in. larger than the last.

3. Punch a hole at the top and bottom of each circle, and attach them together using metal jump rings.

4. Hang the garlands in a doorway, in a window or above a buffet table and let the party begin!
