Exercise as a component of complementary medicine

My sister calls it whole-istic healing. I do believe that there is a benefit to just making yourself feel better, in any healthy way that works for you.

Exercise as a component of complementary medicine

There is a definite mind-body connection. I truly believe that having a positive frame of mind can only help you to feel better. In that regard, i also believe that you have to do whatever works for you to help in achieving that mindset. I take certain supplements (curcumin and melatonin right now), I try to eat right and I exercise. While never a huge focus of my life before, I really do believe that exercise is helping me stay strong while I am in between treatments. This has given me better energy and can only help me when I ultimately do go back into treatments. Here is my little rant on the benefits of "complementary" medicine.
